In 2015, our star-decorated chef and management team has opened The Sky Boss in the International Commerce Centre (ICC). The Sky Boss has been exercising meticulous attention to every detail in its setup --- from the location choosing to its interior designs, from food matching to the choice of tableware, etc.  The Sky Boss is designed by a world renowned designer, enabling you to have a panoramic view of the prosperous Hong Kong city in the aerial garden and the feel of the contemporary twist of the Chinese quintessence in the modern-luxe décor.  Here, indeed, you can experience enjoying a drink in the bird-cage bar area or trying a variety of high-quality cuisine together with the beautiful Hong Kong city scenery.  The Sky Boss carries the folklore food culture to the present.  While keeping the tradition of the Chinese cuisine, we constantly look for break through. The Sky Boss uses only the best quality and the freshest ingredients in each and every of our exquisitely crafted dishes, including our premium selection of choice Hokkaido scallops and sea cucumbers, Yoshihama abalones and black truffles, specially air-flown in to ensure optimal freshness. We also put much emphasis on the dishes and services which are personally supervised by our Michelin-star-decorated chef and Michelin-star-level management team respectively.  Specially designed premiere executive dining suites are available for reservation at all times should you require more privacy for personal or business entertainment needs.  At “The Sky Boss”, there’s always room for every occasion. 於2015年,我們在星級總廚及管理團隊帶領下,在「環球貿易廣場」開設了「波士廳•101」。「波士廳•101」由選址到室內設計、菜式配搭、餐具挑選等等,都一絲不苟。餐廳室內設計由世界級名設計師操刀,讓客人能夠在鳥瞰香港都市繁榮景致的空中花園內,感受到現代時尚和中國國粹的從新變奏。客人更可體驗在花園內的鳥籠式酒吧雅座品酒暢飲,更能夠在美景當前盡享高級美食。
