The Boss Restaurant started operation in mid-June 2013 and is operated by a team of experienced chefs and operating members who has diversified expertise and experience in modern luxury Chinese Cuisine and hotel style management. It has been honored as a Michelin one star restaurant within half a year after operation and received the accolade again in the succeeding years (2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16), fully demonstrating recognition of the quality of its food products and services.
In 2015, the same star-decorated chef and management team has opened The Sky Boss in the International Commerce Centre (ICC). The Sky Boss has been exercising meticulous attention to every detail in its setup --- from the location choosing to its interior designs, from food matching to the choice of tablewares, etc. The Sky Boss is designed by a world renowned designer, enabling you to have a panoramic view of the prosperous Hong Kong city in the aerial garden and the feel of the contemporary twist of the Chinese quintessence in the modern-luxe décor. Here, indeed, you can experience enjoying a drink in the bird-cage bar area or trying a variety of high-quality cuisine together with the beautiful Hong Kong city scenery.
波士飲食集團於2013年6月中旬位於中環開辦了「波士廳」,團隊憑藉豐富餐飲經驗及米芝蓮星級餐飲名店管理經驗,再加上對新鮮食材的堅持,在開業短短半年已榮獲國際權威飲食評級機構米芝蓮,評為2014米芝蓮一星榮譽食肆,跟著2015和2016連續兩年亦評為米芝蓮一星榮譽食肆。證明「波士廳」的服務和出品已經達到國際級的嚴格要求,在香港及海外亦擁有很高的知名度,更受到香港及海外的顧客垂青。
